Vino spumante Pervino

Our adventure in the world of sparkling wines began, of course, with a sparkling wine made using the traditional or classic method, i.e., secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine has a beautiful straw-yellow color. When the glass is still, numerous fine bubbles emerge. The aroma is fine and pleasant; on the first sniff, there is a note of ripe peach, followed by notes of yeast and croissant. On the second sniff, notes of dried almonds, acacia flowers, and bread crust appear. The wine is of excellent quality and harmonious, with a note of ripe quince emerging in the aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C

Pairing: It pairs gastronomically excellently with oysters or raw shrimp.
