Orange
The wine is produced with a combination of modern and traditional vinification. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with grape skins contact, followed by a 45 days maceration period. First aromas of dried apricot, carob, and roasted quince can be savoured, evolving later into notes of dried fig and pepper.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.
Pairing: In terms of food and wine pairing, this type of wine goes excellently with roasted fish with potatoes and Mediterranean herbs or with grilled white meats.
